Rental Disputes in Qatar - Termination of lease without notice?

In the commercial and personal transactions the usage of cheques for banking requirements is a common practice in Qatar, like any other developed country.  The issuer of the cheque, handing over the signed cheque to the payee with the assurance that the cheque will be honored on presentation of the same in his bank.
